Returns Policy

Electronic items - Online course information is subject to all copyright and intellectual property restrictions outlined in the terms and conditions. Online courses are non-refundable/returnable.

For online gift shop merchandise:

Size Exchanges - Returns for size exchanges of unworn items with the original tags and sticker still in place is available within 14 days of delivery. Contact Apex Predator Apparel via the contact form on our home page for the return address and instructions. Apex Predator Apparel reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Sealed Goods - Sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, are not accepted. The cost of such items will not be refunded.

Returns for workmanship - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received and must be sent to the return address on the packing slip in your package. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know via our contact form at the bottom of our home page.

Unclaimed returns - Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 3 weeks. The cost to reship the item to you will cause you to incur an additional shipping fee.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be charged an additional shipping fee for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated/corrected address.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will not be provided for printed material, videos, or website subscriptions.

Buyer’s Remorse - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Apex Predator Apparel reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

You HEREBY acknowledge that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. I also expressly acknowledge that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES.
You HEREBY agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the Event(s) is/are conducted and the Commonwealth of Virginia, whichever is greater, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
